When you use our SMS sign-up form, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, your separate choices for informational and promotional messages, and information about when and how those choices were submitted. If you text us, we also receive your messages and information needed to respond and manage your preferences.

2. How we use information

We use this information to answer inquiries, provide enrollment and appointment updates, send preschool program offers if you separately agree to promotional messages, provide support, maintain records of consent, and honor opt-out requests. Informational and promotional text messages are separate, optional choices. Neither box should be preselected.

3. Mobile information and SMS consent

No marketing sharing: We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to operate and support our messaging program; they may not use it for their own marketing.

Choosing to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase or enrollment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Our broader website may use cookies and other technologies as described in our general Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect. We keep SMS information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the program, document consent and opt-outs, and meet applicable obligations.
