These terms govern the Growing Brilliant, LLC text messaging program. For other services, see our general Terms of Service.

1. Program and consent

Parents and guardians may separately opt in to (a) informational texts about their inquiries, enrollment, and appointments, and (b) promotional texts about Growing Brilliant preschool programs and offers. Each choice is optional and should be unchecked by default. By selecting a box and submitting the form, you authorize Growing Brilliant to send the corresponding type of texts to the mobile number you provide. Consent to texts is not required to purchase or enroll.

2. Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your inquiries, appointments, enrollment activity, and, if selected, promotional communications. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges are your responsibility.

3. STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to any Growing Brilliant text to opt out of SMS messages. You may receive a final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, email online@growingbrilliant.com.

If you later want to receive messages again, submit a new opt-in. We honor the preferences you select when you sign up.

4. Delivery and privacy

Participating mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For details about how we handle mobile numbers and SMS consent, read our SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
